Feeling WI♥MPy

In celebration of the good people who take time to share what they know and what they find online, I am beginning an occassional series of posts here called:

Why I Love My PLN (or WI♥MP, for short)

In this edition, I’m including two links that really got me thinking:

Stephanie Sandifer writes a FANTASTIC open letter to Oprah Winfrey at Change Agency about her recent show discussing ed reform with charter school advocates.  I rarely read something that I completely agree with, but this is pretty close.

Shelley Blake-Plock at TeachPaperless sums up her attempts to meet the need for inquiry-based, student-centered learning in the classroom.  It’s a simple and profound change that we can all learn from.
